I am planing on visiting Sagada next year to tour the city with the possibility of permanently moving there with my family from Canada in the near future. With that in my mind, I just have a few questions if I may to ask you.
1. I’m coming next year (2010) in October. Would this be a good time as far the weather is concerned and how are the road conditions during this time of the year?
2. As I have mentioned, I desire to live there is Sagada. How is real estate like there in the city of Sagada? Are there people selling or renting their homes on a long term basis?
